Pearl Red Tomorrow follows the traditional pressing technique used to make Chinese rice wine, but it has a modern twist. The liquid is extracted from the fermented rice mash and mixed with one-year-old ginger juice. This produces a rice wine that is an agate color. Pearl Red Tomorrow is sweet on the palate and tastes complex and richly layered. The darker sister of Pearl Red Today, Pearl Red Tomorrow is somewhat more mysterious.

Pearl Red Tomorrow's unique packaging features a traditional Chinese paper element, as well as a sleek metal presentation case.
