After stored in clay jars at low temperature, the wine assumes a golden luster and retains the fragrance of blossoms, fruits and honey.

Pearl Red Today is an ideal introduction to Chinese rice wine, and is crafted from the best rice available. Traditional rice wine making techniques are used to preserve the integrity of the flavours. Filtration with a bamboo basket ensures a beautiful clarity to Pearl Red Today. After being stored in clay vessels at low temperature, Pearl Red Today assumes an amber lustre and retains the fragrance of blossoms, fruits and honey.

Packaged beautifully in traditional Chinese paper wrapping and an outer presentation case, the look and taste of Pearl Red Today represent the best of Chinese culture. The bottles are 500ml with an alcohol volume of 14%. Each bottle contains 6.3 standard drinks and is fully imported from China.
